Easy question with hopefully an easy answer. My cast bar sits JUST on top of 2 raid tiles when healing. I want to move it down a bit. I run Bartender / enhanced raid frames / WeakAuras. I think even though you disable to elvui castbar there is still an option that says disable blizzard castbar which is ticked from default so you don't have two cast bars. You might need to disable this and then disable the elvui castbar. I'm at a work pc and can't check this, so just going from memory.

Long time since I played classic, for obvious reasons. I used to see my enemy's spell being cast within a cast bar. Now, whether I use Xperl, or Quartz's enemy cast bar, it does not show with either of them. I am thinking that maybe it is not supported at this stage in the game, just as the target's HP is not visible either (it's just 100/100).
